Pneumatic flanged angle seat valve

Introduction

Pneumatic flanged angle seat valves are operated by pneumatic actuators, and are used for short-term frequent start-ups. They have the characteristics of sensitive response and accurate action.


Features

1. Easy to install: the pneumatic head can be rotated 360°. Limit switches can be easily installed.
2. Pneumatic actuator: thickened shell, safe and reliable. Low wear piston structure, large capacity and low air consumption. Internal components are self-lubricating and maintenance-free.
3. It has multiple control methods: single-acting and double-acting.
4. Smaller pneumatic actuator is required: when the fluid flows in from above the valve stem, a smaller control head can be selected.
5. Easy connection: MAMUR standard connection, embedded metal connector.
6. Long-life guide rod: The valve rod is sealed with Teflon (PTFE) to avoid the introduction of stolen goods. Self-lubricating, maintenance-free. The valve stem is specially treated to ensure optimal fixation and self-correcting position.
7. No water hammer effect, when the fluid flows in from the bottom of the valve stem, the water hammer (water impact force) is absorbed.
8. Y-shaped valve body structure: the flow rate is 30% larger than that of ordinary angle seat,
