Introduction


Pneumatic modulating type PFA lining diaphragm valve is composed of a diaphragm valve equipped with a pneumatic diaphragm actuator. It has a simple structure, small flow resistance and larger flow capacity. It can be used for the adjustment of high viscosity and suspended particle fluids. With PTFE or PFA lining they are suitable for regulating strong alkali and strong corrosive media.

Installation and use precautions


1. The pneumatic diaphragm valve should be installed vertically on the pipeline, and those with larger volume and weight should be supported and clamped when used in vibration situations ;


2. The pneumatic diaphragm valve should generally be provided with a bypass pipeline, so that it can be converted into bypass operation when the diaphragm fails or is repaired, so that the production process can be carried out normally;


3. In general unimportant occasions, the bypass pipeline can be omitted after installing the handwheel mechanism for manual operation, and the valve opening can be limited. When the handwheel mechanism is stopped, it should be restored to the original neutral position to avoid Conducive to the normal operation of the automatic control system ;


4. When cleaning the pipeline, the adjustment should be at the maximum opening in order to remove the dirt in the pipeline ;


5. If the valve body is lined with an anti-corrosion layer, when it is installed on the pipeline, a corrosion-resistant cushion should be used, and care should be taken not to damage the sealing surface of the valve body flange;


6 The diaphragm and lining should be checked regularly to prevent damage to other parts and accidents due to corrosion and rupture.
