Introduction

Pneumatic natural gas ball valve is specially designed and manufactured for compressed natural gas (CNG) and high-pressure gas pipelines.

Application

In special emergency situations, such as leakage or fire on pipelines or storage tanks, the operator can quickly close the pneumatic natural gas ball valve from a distance to play a safety protection role.


Features

1. Small fluid resistance. Pneumatic ball valve is the type with the smallest fluid resistance among all valves. Even the reduced diameter ball valve has a relatively small fluid resistance.

2. The valve body of the pneumatic ball valve is equipped with a thrust bearing to reduce the friction torque of the valve stem, which can make the valve stem operate smoothly and flexibly for a long time.

3. The valve seat of the pneumatic ball valve has good sealing performance. The sealing ring made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene is used to make the structure easy to seal, and the sealing ability increases with the increase of the medium pressure.

4. The valve stem of the pneumatic ball valve has a reliable seal. Since the valve stem only rotates and does not move up and down, the packing seal of the valve stem is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of the pressure of the medium.

5. Due to the good self-lubricating properties of PTFE and other materials, the friction loss with the ball is small, so the service life of the pneumatic ball valve is long.

6. The bottom-mounted valve stem and the convex step on the head of the valve stem prevent the valve stem from being ejected. If the valve stem seal is damaged due to fire, the convex step and the valve body can also form metal contact to ensure the valve stem seal.

7. Anti-static function: A spring is set between the ball, the valve stem and the valve body, which can export the static electricity generated during the switching process.

8. All pneumatic accessories meet the explosion-proof level of ExdⅡCT4, can realize remote automatic control, and can meet the user's working conditions and use requirements
