Introduction

It adopts the clamp connection and is composed of a three-piece valve body, which is mainly used in the flow pipeline for quick cutting, distribution and change of medium.

Working principle:

The pneumatic 3PC clamp end ball valve drives the rotation of the ball through the 90-degree rotation of the pneumatic actuator, which only needs a small torque to close the valve tightly, so as to achieve rapid cut-off.

Features

1. Full bore design, small flow resistance；

2. The ball rotates 90°; the switch is realized, and the switch time is short;

3. The inlet and outlet are sealed in both directions to achieve grade VI zero leakage;

4. The packing is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which is anti-corrosion and durable;

5. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure to ensure safety;

6. Three-piece structure, easy to install and maintain;

7. The connection interface with the pneumatic actuator is designed in accordance with the international standard ISO5211, which is easy to install.

8. With high platform design, the valve body and cylinder are directly fixed with bolts and nuts, which reduces the probability of failure.
