Pneumatic Ceramic lined parallel double disc gate valve is also called dry ash valve, whose opening and closing body ( valve disc ) is driven by the valve stem sealing surface of the valve seat for up and down movement. Scope of Application

5 The valve body adopts an eccentric design for the passage, which will produce a material vortex when the valve disc is opened to discharge the material. The material vortex will clean the jammed material in the valve body cavity, and the soot blowing port is designed to facilitate the removal of the valve through the external air source. Used in dust accumulation and valve maintenance.
When the air source is introduced from the upper air inlet, the valve stem drives the valve disc to move downward, and the valve is closed. When the air source passes through the lower air inlet, the valve stem drives the valve disc upward and the valve opens. A spring is loaded between the valve disc and the valve seat. The spring force always presses the valve disc against the valve seat to ensure the tightness of the valve, and allows the valve disc to move vertically up and down. This helps to compensate for the expansion and contraction of the valve parts. It can overcome the influence of any back pressure changes on the seal and prevent the particulate medium from entering between the two sealing surfaces. In the process of opening and closing, the valve disc can rotate, which causes grinding and polishing between the sealing surfaces, and because the valve body is eccentric to the channel, when opening and discharging materials, eddy currents will be generated, and the formed material vortex will clean the valve by itself Lumen. All these features make this valve have a long service life and provide a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of your system.
