Introduction

The pneumatic actuated regulating ball valve adopts EP positioner by inputting signal of 4~20mA signal and air supply of  to realize the adjustment of parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level, etc., which is widely used for remote centralized control or local control in industrial automatic control systems such as petroleum, chemical industry, teaching equipment, light industry, high-voltage equipment, pharmaceuticals, and papermaking.


Working principle

Pneumatic regulating ball valve is powered by compressed air, and the valve stem drives the valve core to rotate 90° in the valve body to realize the action of fully opening and closing.


Features

1. O-type ball valve channel, small fluid resistance;
2. The thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, which can make the valve stem operate smoothly and flexibly for a long time;
3. The valve seat has good sealing performance. The sealing ring made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene is used for easy sealing, and the sealing ability of the ball valve increases with the increase of the medium pressure;
4. The valve stem is sealed reliably. Since the valve stem only moves in imitation rotation and does not move up and down, the packing seal of the valve stem is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of the pressure of the medium;
5. Since PTFE and other materials have good self-lubrication, the friction loss with the ball is small, so the service life of the ball valve is long;
6. The type of pneumatic actuator is rack & pinion with large output torque and compact size;
